Cheese Enchilada Casserole

Green Chicken Enchilada Casserole

This Member Dinner will be Potluck and as such there will be no charge. 

All members attending are asked to bring a Mexican themed side dish to accompany the mains or any type of dessert (doesn't have to be Mexican themed). Usually we have about 35-40 people .

The monthly members meeting is open to members and their guests.  Happy Hour is from 5p-6p and Dinner starts at 6p with the Members Meeting starting around 6:45p
