Rental Rates for Rockport Yacht Clubhouse

Monday Through Thursday Rental Fees

RYC Member	Single day use
0 up to 3 hours	FREE. Application must be completed with the required deposit/cleaning fees
3 hours up to 10 hours	$175

Non-Member	Single day use
0 up to 10 hours	$500

Rental time from 8:00 AM until 10:00 PM with 10-hour time frame happening within this period. Check for availability on the Facilities Reservation Calendar.

Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays Rental Fees

No Fridays after 4:00 PM. Rental time from 8:00 am until 10:00 PM with 10-hour time frame happening within this period.

RYC Member	Single day use
0 up to 10 hours	$200

Non-Member	Single day use
0 up to 10 hours	$700

If renting for multiple, consecutive days there is a 10% discount off the daily fee.Rental rates include the upper decking and the veranda around the building. Docks are not included in rental fee.

Bartenders/Fees

Bartenders will be TABC certified and provided only by RYC.
Bartender fee: $25.00/hour worked for each bartender. Time must include 30 minutes to set-up and 30 minutes to close down the bar.

Note: If the number of guests is 50 or more, then 2 bartenders are required.
