Our happy hour is open to members and visitors who want to learn more about the yacht club. Cash bar available. Members are asked to bring an appetizer to share.
MEMBER MEETING & XMAS PARTY
All members are asked to help host this dinner/party and pitch in with the set up, serving and clean up.
All members are asked to bring heavy appetizers or desserts. We usually get around 40 people attending.
The monthly members meeting is open to members and their guests. Happy Hour starts at 5pm and the Dinner starts at 6pm with the meeting around 6:45pm with Xmas festivities continuing after the meeting.
Light up your boat and come join in the RYC Christmas Light Boat Parade, all boats welcome...!
There will be prizes for Best Sailboat as well as Best Powerboat...!
December 13 parade will start at aprox. 5:30 (once Dark enough)
Rockport Harbor, viewable from anywhere along the Harbor
Skipper meeting for all participants is 9 am Saturday morning the day of the parade. The meeting is mandatory for a representative of each boat to attend, as we will review the coarse (path of the parade) and give out number placards for judging. If for some reason you can not attend the meeting please call Leslie Krenek (361-774-5328) or Bill Coxwell (361-463-1193), we will get you signed up.
